Welcome to the Teams section of the 2027 World Rowing Championships – your dedicated resource for all essential information related to team participation in the upcoming World Rowing Championships (August 23-29, 2027) on the legendary Rotsee.

All teams participating at the 2027 World Rowing Championships have the option to reserve accommodation through the official booking platform. Thanks to our partnership with the Lucerne
Hotels association we can guarantee best rates. Booking through this platform provides access to discounted accommodation rates, lunch and dinner at the venue, as well as centralised coordination support and airport transfer. Accommodation management is carried out in cooperation with Bucher Travel.

Space at the venue is limited, and the OC is currently planning measures to expand the available areas to accommodate teams as effectively as possible. To ensure fair distribution, each team will
be allocated a defined amount of space according to team size. Teams are welcome to share their space requirements or specific needs with us, and we will take these into consideration during the planning process. Further details regarding allocated areas and services on site will be communicated in due course.

Should you require a visa to enter Switzerland, you will need an official invitation letter from the organizing committee. In order to issue an invitation letter for you or your rowing team, we need the following information from each person. Please send us this information by email well in advance to: info@lucerneregatta.com.
